Kazell A. Pugh, President |
Kazell is a corporate executive with over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising and community development environments. His career has a strong track record of producing results and high customer satisfaction. He is a master at building customer relationships. He attended college on a football scholarship at the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he graduated with a B.A. in Communications before the Philadelphia Eagles recruited him. Following a brief NFL experience, Kazell enjoyed a successful decade long career in the Hotel/hospitality sector as a Senior Sales Manager for the Stouffer Hotels and Resorts in Colorado, Missouri and California where he focused on sales in the corporate, sports, insurance, and minority markets.
Prior to joining the Stouffer Hotels, Kazell was a Sales Manager with the Marriott Hotel in Colorado. He was a Senior Sales Manager and Director of Sales for Marriott the Stouffer Hotel. In 1993, American family Insurance hired Kazell as its first Director of Urban Marketing. His responsibilities included new market development in all the company operating sales states, niche marketing advertising, and diversity training for employees, agents and co-op offices in urban communities. During his 12 year career with American Family Insurance, Kazell was promoted to a District Sales Manager and Sales State Director in two different sales states and has been honored with numerous achievement awards for his tireless efforts and work in community service in Ohio, Minnesota, Illinois and Wisconsin. Kazell also serves on several community boards.
In his capacity as President of the Ohio Division, Kazell is responsible for all operations, and business development activities to grow the company. |

| George Julian Mayberry, Director of Operations |
George recently joined TLC in August of 2007 to manage the day to day operations of TLC. His responsibility is to lend expertise where needed to build an effective, cost-efficient, and expertly managed front and back office water distribution operation for Northeast Ohio. In this capacity, George serves to firmly secure TLC's reputation as an emerging market leader in the water distribution industry by ensuring customers receive the value-added, top rate, best in class services TLC prides itself on delivering each and every day.
George has over 10 years management experience, concentrating on human resources and organizational development. He has extensive domestic and international experience in developing strategies, building organizations, and developing and implementing policies and procedures for effective people management systems to ensure top talent is recruited, developed and retained.
Prior to joining TLC, George was a Human Resources Manager for Deloitte based out of the World Financial Center office in New York, his last of four different roles during a seven year career with Deloitte prior to joining TLC. In this capacity, he managed the human resource function which supported over 200 India-based international consultants in the US. He has international experience recruiting and developing management and infrastructure teams for Deloitte in India. Before Deloitte, George was a senior executive search consultant for David Gomez and Associates, the 8th largest search firm in Chicago. He started his career as a research analyst for the State of Tennessee’s Labor Department.
Earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Tennessee State University, George is has always remained committed to giving back to the community and belongs to the following organizations: Big Brothers of America, Society of Human Resource Management, and INROADS – Junior Achievement Program. He is a lifetime member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, inc. He is quickly getting involved and making an impact in the Greater Cleveland Community Area. Within months of his arrival in Cleveland, he already has been selected to participate in the Emerging Entrepreneurs Program to promote economic empowerment, sponsored by the renowned President's Council Foundation. |
